Based on Jerry’s family recipes and traditional flavours, Pho Nom is Vietnamese at it’s very best.
Our signature dish, pho, is based on the spice heavy southern-Vietnamese version. Our broth simmers for 12 hours before you can enjoy it, extracting all of the goodness from the ingredients to give a depth of flavour that you just don’t find in some other pho.
Our focus on paddock to plate means that you’ll get the Vietnamese food you love made from the very best local produce. We think this makes a huge difference to the what’s on the plate – but we’ll leave you to be the judge of that.
