* Red Cup: Beef or Chicken Pho broth
* Red Cup: Sliced raw beef or shredded poached chicken, Pho Noodles, Pho Garnish (Spring onion, Coriander and Brown Onion)
*Dome Lid: Bean shoots, Thai Basil, Red Chilli, Lemon wedge and Hoisin Sauce.
Method
1. Take the meat out and put aside then heat the noodles either in the microwave for 1 min or bring a medium size pot of water to the boil and blanch noodles for 10-15 seconds, drain and put in a large soup bowl.
2. Lay the raw beef or chicken atop the noodles with the garnish.
3. In a separate pot pour in the Pho stock and heat up to just boiling, you want it nice and hot. Alternatively heat in microwave until hot.
4. Pour the hot pho over the top of the meat and noodles.
5. Customise your bowl with the bean shoots, Thai basil, red chilli slices and sauces to suit your liking.
